Ravens and Other Stories
Ian Wrisley

A renegade minister, a druid toying with Christ, a desperate vampire, birds like angels keeping watch over their charges. These and other characters draw the reader into a world much like their own: a world in which pleasure and pain, great catastrophe and minor annoyance, walk together. It is a world in which the supernatural glides just below the action, occasionally breaking the surface. Here are sixteen stories and three poems, loosely connected by characters, places, and action. They stand alone, or together, and begin to paint a picture of something much bigger.
